Officers Needed for Next Year!

It was announced at our last meeting that we have had some volunteers step forward requesting to hold positions in our club. However, that doesnt mean that if you want to volunteer that we cant have more than one to vote on in October or sign up to be an assistant.
This is NOT a final list, we will need to hold an official vote in October in order to fill our officer posts.

President: Bill Lumsden
Vice President: Buddy Pearce
Secretary: Sandi McCormack (still looking for an assistant secretary)
Treasurer: Dawn Stevens

Technical Coordinator: Van Maddox
Newsletter: Sandi McCormack w/Dawn Stevens as backup
Hospitality: Rosemary Lumsden
Parades: Ernie and Trudy Beebe
Tours: Tim McCormack

Sandi also requested a group of ladies to form to help out with the Bash and the Banquet for this year. If you would like to be on her volunteer list, contact her.
